This Policy applies to soccerfilmroom.com, our customer portal, and the video-analysis services we provide. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.
Because our services are frequently purchased by parents for players under eighteen, please read the "Children and Player Data" and "Match Footage" sections carefully.
Who Is Responsible for Your Information
Futbol Development Group, together with the affiliated entity identified on your invoice or payment receipt, is responsible for personal information processed through Soccer Film Room.

Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Information you provide
- Purchaser details, including name, email address, and telephone number
- Player details, including name, date of birth or age, playing position, club or academy, and competitive level
- Parent or legal guardian details, where the player is under eighteen
- Match footage and any links, files, or descriptions you submit for analysis
- Correspondence you send us, including support requests and feedback
- Account credentials for our customer portal
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, operating system, and screen characteristics
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and time spent
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described below
Information from third parties
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processor, including the amount, date, item purchased, and the last four digits and card brand
- Delivery and engagement events from our email provider, such as whether a message was delivered or opened
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never transmitted to us.
Match Footage
Match footage is the most sensitive information we handle, and we treat it accordingly.
- Footage is used solely to produce the analysis you purchased, and to improve the quality and accuracy of our analytical methods
- Footage is accessed only by analysts and personnel who need it to prepare or review your report
- Footage and reports are stored on access-controlled systems
- We do not sell footage
- We do not publish, advertise with, or publicly share footage or a player's report without separate written permission from the purchaser and, where the player is a minor, the parent or legal guardian
- We do not share footage or reports with clubs, academies, scouts, or third parties unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to
If you would like footage deleted, contact us using the details above and we will delete it, subject to the retention limits described below.
Children and Player Data
Our services are marketed to and purchased by adults. We do not knowingly sell services directly to children.
Where a player is under eighteen, the purchaser confirms that they are the player's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to submit that player's information and footage. Player information is provided to us by that adult, not collected from the child directly.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information to us directly, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
A parent or legal guardian may at any time review the player information we hold, request corrections, request deletion, or withdraw permission for further processing.
How We Use Information
- To provide, deliver, and support the analysis services you purchase
- To create and maintain your customer portal account
- To communicate with you about orders, reports, and support requests
- To process payments and maintain financial records
- To improve our services, analytical methods, and website
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- To send marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Opting out does not stop service messages about orders or reports.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed:
- Our ecommerce and website platform, which hosts this site and its analytics
- Our payment processor, which handles checkout and payment data
- Our application hosting provider, which operates the customer portal
- Our email provider, which sends transactional and service messages
- Analysts and coaching personnel engaged to prepare your report, who are bound by confidentiality obligations
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect the rights and safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States. Our analysts and personnel may be located in other countries, including in Europe. This means your information, including match footage, may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your country.
Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We and our platform providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, keep your session secure, and understand how the site is used.

How Long We Keep Information

- Match footage and completed reports are retained for 24 months after delivery, so that you can access your reports and we can support multi-report packages, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your matter and maintain service records
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and restricting footage access to personnel who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you or your player
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Obtain a portable copy of information you provided to us
- Object to or restrict certain processing

Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no common standard has been adopted.
